Who each tier is for
Pick a tier by your real monthly usage — that is more accurate than picking by price. Below are the six tiers, what each one suits and what limits each has.
Monthly ¥9.9 / 60GB
Spread over 30 days that is about 2GB a day. Enough for everyday phone and laptop use: research, email, social media, streaming music, and video mostly at 1080p for one to two hours a day.
Limit: once the 60GB is used up there is no more data that month — wait for the next reset date, or upgrade to a higher tier mid-cycle.
Monthly ¥18 / 250GB
Around 8GB a day, the tier most users actually land on. It covers daily 4K streaming, long video meetings and frequent AI tool use. Under twice the price of the 60GB tier for four times the data.
Limit: data resets monthly on your activation date; unused data does not roll over to the next month.
Monthly ¥28 / 500GB
The top monthly tier, about 16GB a day. Built for families and heavy multi-device use: a TV streaming 4K, a laptop for work and a phone always on — three devices at once rarely hit the cap.
Limit: still billed monthly; you can stop renewing when you no longer need it, and data already used that month is unaffected.

One-time purchase, valid until used up, never expires. For short business trips, a temporary need for international routes, or users who only need a few days a month: no paying for a whole month and no waste if you don't finish it.

How to request
Within 14 days of payment, log in to the user panel and open a ticket stating the order number and the reason. Refunds return via the original payment channel: Alipay and WeChat to the original account, USDT to the original address; arrival time depends on the payment provider.
