Account & Subscription

5 questions

Sign-up, login, subscription links and device management all happen in the user panel. This group covers the account tasks people hit most before and after activation — read them in order.

Do I need an email address to sign up?

No. Sign-up only asks for a username and password, and you can log in to the user panel right away. Once your plan is active, subscription links, orders and remaining data are all in the panel — no confirmation email to wait for and no link to hunt down in your inbox.

Where do I get my subscription link, and how often does it update?

Log in to the user panel; the overview and downloads area lets you copy the subscription link for the current account. The client pulls it automatically at whatever interval it is set to. After routes are added or adjusted in the panel, run Update subscription once in the client and the change takes effect immediately. The link is tied to your account — don't forward it to anyone.

What if my subscription link leaks?

Reset the subscription link in the panel and the old link stops working right away, then re-import the new one on each device. Suggested order: reset first, then update device by device, then check orders and data history for any unusual usage. If you sign in on a public computer, remember to log out.

Do I need to buy again when I switch devices?

No. This service has no device limit: the same account works on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux at the same time, so you don't need a second plan for a second device. Install the client on the new device, import the same subscription link, and you'll see the same route list as your other devices.

What if I forget my password?

The login page has a recovery entry — follow the prompts to reset. If the self-service flow doesn't work, open a ticket in the panel with your username and roughly when you registered, and staff will verify and handle it. Don't put your password or a full subscription link in a ticket.

Connection & Troubleshooting

5 questions

Connection problems usually have a fixed order to check: route first, then the local network and system settings, and only then the account. The entries below follow that order.

The client says connected but pages won't load — what do I check first?

Work through it in order: first switch to a route in a different region or of a different type in the client; then check that the system time is accurate and that no other proxy software is running; finally check whether the browser has its own proxy extension enabled. If all three are done and it still fails, open a ticket with the client log and the route name you were using.

Why does one app ignore the proxy?

Most often the per-app proxy (split routing) rules exclude that app. Add the app to the proxy list in the client, or switch to global mode temporarily to confirm; if the app relies on UDP, pick a route that supports UDP forwarding. Switch back to your usual split-routing mode when you're done.

What should I do if the subscription won't import?

First check that the link was copied in full — no leading or trailing spaces, not truncated by a chat app — then check that the client version matches the link format. If it still fails, paste the link into a browser address bar and see whether it returns anything; if it won't load, the current network can't reach the panel domain, so try a different network.

Connection drops shortly after connecting on mobile?

Usually the system's power-saving policy is suspending the client. On Android, add the client to the battery optimisation allowlist and allow background activity; on iOS, check that the VPN configuration profile is installed correctly, then turn off Low Power Mode and test again. After switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data, reconnecting manually is faster than waiting for it to recover.

What if I get a system time or certificate error?

These messages usually mean the device clock has drifted too far from standard time. Set the system time to sync automatically, restart the client and reconnect. If a company or school network intercepts traffic in the middle, it can trigger the same message — try another network to tell which it is.

Speed & Routes

5 questions

Route type sets the path, region sets the physical distance, and time of day sets how congested it is. Nearby exits such as Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore usually give lower latency, while US and Europe exits suit reaching local platforms; look at the three separately and choosing a route stops being guesswork.

What can I do about slowdowns at peak hours?

International exits are more crowded overall during peak hours. Switch first to an IEPL dedicated or relay route, then pick a region by purpose: for video, the region where the target platform sits; for work and AI tools, a nearby region with lower latency. If the change clearly helps, keep using that route.

How do I choose between the three route types?

IEPL dedicated routes run on a separate channel, prioritise stability and suit long meetings and live streams; relay routes forward through an intermediate node, hold up more evenly under congestion and suit everyday streaming and browsing; direct routes take the shortest path at the lowest overhead and suit quick lookups. A single region often offers several types — try them one by one.

Why is real speed lower than my broadband plan?

Cross-border speed depends on the international exit, the region the target server sits in and the time of day; your local broadband is only one segment. Browser extensions, background sync and the number of devices online at once also take bandwidth. When you test, close other programs using the network and test one route at a time — only then are results comparable.

How do I estimate data usage?

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. For light browsing and document work, the ¥9.9/month tier with 60GB is usually enough; for long daily HD video, go straight to ¥18/month with 250GB or ¥28/month with 500GB. If you find you're short mid-cycle, you can upgrade a tier and the difference is prorated by remaining days.

What happens when my data runs out?

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. If one cycle runs heavy, upgrade to a higher tier or buy a separate data pack and keep going. Data packs last until used up and never expire, which suits occasional heavy use.

Billing & Refunds

5 questions

Pricing, data and refund rules follow the plans page and the terms of service. Below are the questions asked most often, with figures kept in line with the plans page.

How much do the plans cost?

There are three monthly tiers: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB and ¥28/month with 500GB, with data resetting each month on your activation date. All three include unlimited devices and every supported platform; they differ only in the monthly data allowance, so pick by your actual usage.

What's the difference between a data pack and a monthly plan?

A monthly plan resets its data every month and suits daily use; a data pack lasts until used up and never expires — ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, ¥658/3000GB — and suits business trips, short projects or occasional heavy use. You can combine the two as needed; remaining allowances are shown in the panel.

How is a mid-cycle upgrade charged?

An upgrade is charged on the difference between the new tier and your current one, prorated over the remaining days — you don't pay for a whole extra month. Do it on the plans page in the panel; the data allowance switches to the new tier immediately.

How do I request a refund?

This service offers a 14-day money-back guarantee: open a ticket in the panel with your order number and the reason. Refunds go back along the original payment route, and how long it takes depends on the payment channel; the refund policy is the authoritative wording.

Which payment methods are supported?

Three: Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. After ordering, choose the method on the payment page and complete payment as prompted; the order status updates in the panel. If an order hasn't turned paid for a long time after payment, don't order again — send the order number in a ticket and staff will check it manually.

Didn't find your question?

You can open a ticket in the panel — include the platform you're on, the route name and the steps that led to the problem. You can also start with the quick-start page, complete one full setup in order, then come back here for the matching checks. To leave a message, use the Contact us page.
