Product & routes
Speed, privacy, devices, AI tools, streaming and refunds, in that order, each with a method you can check.
Evening peak hours are when international gateways are most congested, and ordinary direct routes tend to lose speed there. VPNPX splits popular regions into two groups: Hong Kong and Japan run over relay and IEPL dedicated routes, so traffic enters a relay node before reaching the international gateway and avoids congested public links; other regions stay on direct routes, which suit downloads and updates where latency matters less. The route table lists the type of every route, so you can switch by use case instead of relying on the default recommendation.
Hong Kong · Relay · Connected
Anonymous, no-logs means VPNPX does not record the destinations you visit, does not store browsing content and does not build behavioural profiles; billing and route scheduling use only the account, the remaining plan allowance and connection duration. Registration needs just a username and password, with no email address, and there is no mandatory link between the account and your real identity. One caveat: no-logs is an operating policy, not a technical guarantee, so on shared devices log out when you are done — local device habits matter just as much.
Switzerland · IEPL dedicated · Connected
The same account can be signed in on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux at the same time, with no cap on concurrent devices. A desktop, a laptop, two phones and a tablet can all share one subscription, so there is no second plan for a second device. Data is pooled per account: monthly plans reset each month on the activation date, data packs last until used up and never expire, and the two can be combined.
Japan · IEPL dedicated · Connected
Services such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini are sensitive to continuity of the exit IP: if the IP changes during a session you may be asked to verify again, and long conversations can break. VPNPX keeps fixed-exit direct and relay routes for AI tools, so sign-in, chat and file uploads stay on the same path. If a page keeps spinning, switching to another route and refreshing is usually faster than retrying, and uses less data.
United States · Relay · Connected
Platforms such as Netflix, Disney+ and HBO Max first check which region the exit IP belongs to, then decide which catalogue to serve; if a page opens but the catalogue is wrong, the exit region is usually not the target one. VPNPX labels regional routes for streaming separately, and the guides cover native IPs and residential IPs in separate sections, so you do not end up able to open the homepage but hitting an error on playback. The real bandwidth needs of 4K and Dolby Vision are set out in the streaming guides too.
Singapore · Direct · Switching
The 14-day refund covers a first payment: submit the order number through a ticket in the user panel within the window and the full order amount is refunded. In practice this makes trying the service low-risk — start with the smallest monthly plan, run the routes and clients end to end, ask for a refund if it does not fit, and move to a larger data tier if it does. Arrival time depends on the payment channel, and progress is answered in the ticket.

Routes & exits
Below are eight sampled routes; the full list is grouped by region and runs to 230+.
| Country/Region | City | Route type | Streaming |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hong Kong | Hong Kong | Relay | Supported |
| Japan | Tokyo | IEPL dedicated | Supported |
| Singapore | Singapore | Direct | Switching |
| United States | Los Angeles | Relay | Supported |
| Switzerland | Zurich | IEPL dedicated | Supported |
| France | Paris | Direct | Standby |
| Germany | Frankfurt | Relay | Supported |
| United Kingdom | London | Direct | Supported |
Pick by use case: for series and films, prefer regions marked as supporting streaming; for cross-border work, look at relay and IEPL dedicated routes, which hold up better in the evening peak; for AI tools, choose a direct or relay route with a fixed exit so a long session does not change exit mid-way. A region usually has several routes — after switching, refresh the page and sign in to the target service again so the whole session lands on the new exit. The route status above gives current latency and bandwidth references; the real experience also depends on your local network and the data centre hosting the target service.
Plans & billing
The three tiers differ only in data allowance; routes, clients and device count are identical, and data resets monthly on the activation date.

The three tiers differ only in data and are otherwise identical: all of them can use every one of the 230+ routes and every client, with no device limit. The ¥9.9 60GB tier suits people who mostly use a phone and occasionally look things up on a laptop; the ¥18 250GB tier suits one to two hours of 1080p a day plus office work, and is the tier most people pick; the ¥28 500GB tier suits 4K sources, shared households or frequent file uploads.
If your usage is irregular, choose a data pack: it lasts until used up and never expires, which suits concentrated periods such as business trips and travel. Data packs and monthly plans stack, and any pack data left over stays after a monthly plan expires.
Service & practice
No slogans — only practices you can check one by one.
01
Prices, data allowances, refund days and coverage are all published on open pages and match the plan information in the user panel; when you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days, so there is no need to recalculate a whole month.
02
Every route is labelled relay, IEPL dedicated or direct, with streaming support in its own column. Picking by use case saves time compared with trial and error, and makes it easier to swap between routes in the same region.
03
Registration asks only for a username and password and does not collect an email address; account information is used only for billing and delivering the subscription. Payment supports Alipay, WeChat and USDT, and the subscription is issued to the user panel automatically once payment completes.
04
The 14-day refund is written into the terms: submit the order number through a ticket in the user panel and the full order amount is refunded; both the outcome and the arrival time are answered in the ticket.
FAQ
Account setup, billing, devices, refunds and peak-hour slowdowns are the things people ask about most before ordering.
Just a username and password — no email address. Payment supports Alipay, WeChat and USDT; once payment completes the subscription is issued to the user panel automatically, and you import it into a client by following the guides.
Monthly on the activation date — the day you activate is your reset day each month. If you upgrade to a larger tier mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days.
Unlimited. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux can all be online at once, and data is pooled per account.
Within the 14-day refund window, submit the order number through a ticket in the user panel and the full order amount is refunded; progress and arrival time are answered in the ticket.
Switch first to a route labelled relay or IEPL dedicated — those hold up better in the evening peak. If only one service slows down, the data centre hosting it is probably congested, and moving to another route in the same region usually helps.
